Monthly reboot tallies up the rewards and gives the flags automatically to the characters with the most points. Kind of sporatic in the past, but D has just automated the monthly reboot, so it will be far more regular.

Wow. When did the monthly reboot get automated? The 1st of the month is apparently loot grabbing day now, I guess.
