What stats affect rally if any? I had thought that charisma might have, but I really don't know. I'm in the same boat with retreat too. |

I would want to say that charisma affects rallying cry, but I have no proof of this, refuse to roll a mercenary, and even if it does, I have no idea if it grants higher bonuses for higher charisma. Although I would be against anything that is greater than +3 because of its group effect. |

I am 100% sure that Charisma affect the rate of success of Rallying cry, as for anything else I can only speculate. |
