Not as of yet - unless you're a class that can't handle a certain type of armor. |

The only reason that a skill will ever lower in your learning of it is if you are wearing armor that is too heavy for you. OR if you berserk. Certain skills of a barbarian take hits when berserking, all language skills being one of them. |

Yes, but only if you are ejected from a tribunal (which I have been with two characters, one re-joined, all awesome RP... oh, and cabal abilities in same situations). But that's about it. |
