Definatly a client issue, the normal color will be different from gmud to zmud and I never see blinking on gmud but there it is on zmud. I really ought to try more clients.. |

My mud client supports blink, but, when I access it remotely via screen? It does not. Your terminal has to support blinking. In my opinion, though, you are not missing much. |

If you use blinking, for any reason, prepare to be mocked/ridiculed/ignored for it. General consensus is that it's some annoying [REDACTED]. |

In nicer terms, please know that blinking text tends to annoy some players. It is certainly not encouraged to be used in your title, so using it for any other purposes may incur some dislike from your fellow peers. |
