I blame it on the alcohol. Basically, I did something dumb. I trained something that really shouldn't have been trained, as well as mis-spelled my adjective (Didn't notice until way later)...

I'm early enough along that, from a leveling standpoint, I have no problem starting over... But I'd like to change where he starts etc. too. No problem, right?

...Except I've already met a few people and RP'd with them a bit... I want to keep the same character (He's like a day old for pete's sake), but I'm afraid I might be breaking some unspoken RP law to just "remake" a character like this...

Thoughts?

If you remake with the same name and aren't that far along, no one -might- be the wiser. I've thought about it before, but since I hardly ever make mistakes it isn't something that comes up often.

You could always just ask an IMM to fix your adjective if it's misspelled.

Then again if you trained PE just delete and reroll. In the end no one will care.

As far as starting location goes, if you keep this character, you can have the leader(s) of your kingdom's tribunal deport you, then have the kingdom leader(s) of the new kingdom immigrate you. It can be a bit of a hassle if the leaders aren't around often though.

I already did a quick remake.

I realise you don't need us to assist, but just for the record adjective typos aren't that uncommon, and we happily fix them when we hear about it.

Use PRAY in-game and someone will respond if they are available, otherwise send a few PMs to immortals that are active in the forums and tee it up that way.

The issue with this arises in the language spoken. Unless the player wanted to be immediately multilingual, that can't be changed by a quick deport/immigrate.

You can not delete the character and recreate under the rules of the game. Which sucks as its a low level character that you have already RPed with. However as I said, recreating the character because of mistakes made is technically illegal. But people do it every day trying to get left/right handed characters, not to mention stat twinking.
