> Your boots need polishing again -- blood all over them... Did I jut land a massive hit? Am I kicking too much and this is telling me I need to take a break? My kicks always land before I land a bunch of hits so I don't see if this lowers their health at all. |

Some messages during battle, regarding certain skills, refer to normal hits/critical hits/misses. |

When you get the message: Your boots need polishing again -- blood all over them... That kick indicates you got a kick to the head successfully. When you get the message: Your kick hits <someone> in the solar plexus! That indicates you successfully got a kick to the body. When you get the message: You stub your toe on <someone's> armored form. That indicates you successfully kicked, but their armor was stronger than your foot. It technically counts as a miss/deflect I'm pretty sure. Otherwise, you just miss entirely. Hope that helps. |
