Okay...so I just was just curious...if you resize a foodstuff to make it bigger....will it fill you up faster?

Size matters. I think. At least when it comes to the difference between you and what you're putting inside you.

That's just based on my personal experience though.

no, same with drink containers. You can shrink them down to tiny and they still hold the same amount of liquid.

Food, not buttplugs grep.

har har

roll a giant. observe. and then apologize for being so crass and incorrect. :D

the natural size, at least, matters. or some undisplayed 'nutrition' value that might be related to natural size.

a bag of dried berries and nut or whatever...eat two and that fills a human. one bag would fill a dwarf. one bag would over fill a sprite. three bags would fill griffons, centaurs, and minotaurs. four bags fills a giant.

there is some "nutrition" value, but i don't know what it is.

the question would be if a naturally giant size food item fills a giant, then, since races have size-based 'metabolisms,' as it were. i have not tested.

but some foods are naturally just more 'filling,' like ambrosia and food created by high caster-level create food spells.

so yes

the size of your food matters

in at least one way if not more.

Zeekage is actually correct in response to the original poster's question.

Resizing food does not affect how many of them you need to eat to be full.

I will elaborate further.

The natural size of a meal will affect how filling it is, but no amount of enlarging or shrinking will change how filling a meal is. If you have the ability to resize your food for free, it is usually in your best interest to make it as small as possible to maximize how much you can carry.
