So I know the basics of the age tick, but I still don't really understand what exactly happens. The few chars of mine that have age ticked, I've never been able to figure out exactly what happened.

Are str, int and wis the only stats affected?
Are the stat changes just a reshuffling of points, changes to the racial maxes, or both?
Will a max str and max wis person have their str drop by one, while their max wis goes up and they will be required to spent a point to hit that?

You physical attributes actually lower by one tick, and (starting from the second age tick) the cap on your mental ones raise (but I'm pretty sure that you can't train it, you have to mod for it).

You can train it now. Used to be you had to mod it, but that was changed.

When you say physical do you mean more than str? Dex and con drop as well? Dpes that mean that both your max drops and you lose a point? So somebody with 15 str and 20 max, drops to 14str with a max of 19?

Your max drops. If you weren't at max to begin with you won't even notice it unless you're modded up.

Dex and con are affected as well as str since they're...well, physical attributes as well as str.

Not all attributes are affected every age tick. I forget the exact order they're affected in.
