Dance and Dex

Just wondering how influential dexterity is on concentration when it comes to dancing. Clearly a bard should MAX dex, or should they?

Complete guess, but I think it's how much PE each "round" of dancing costs. The success of your dance is based on the level of the skill, but how much PE it costs is based on dex. Again, complete guess.

Dex makes a noticeable difference on concentration for songs. You're going to want max DEX and INT as the highest level bard songs are really demanding on concentration.

And unless your max dex is 21 or over, you can't even dance to all of the songs... assuming you are not under attack.

This is why humans are not a great choice for bard. They need haste to dance to the good songs. Elf, Halfling, half-elf, sprite, deep-elf are all better choices, possibly in that order.

Does singing and dancing to songs of dancing while in 2nd row against about 30 elder mistlings count? Galactus had claimed "assuming not in combat". But yes, in combat, it depends on how much chaos is in the room. Elves and halflings would have a better time of it than humans. Sprites too.
