If a centaur wears one pair of spiked hooves for 'brawling' it enhances the damage done by kick. The effectiveness of kick is enhanced by the brawling/self defense skill. If a centaur wears brawling spikes on both sets of hooves will having two pairs of brawling spikes enhance the damage further?

Basically does wearing a second set of brawling spikes on a centaur do anything? Or does the first set do all there is to do?

I recall testing this with some centaur barb a while ago and our determination was that it does not improve damage. We did however come away convinced that wild fighting and fury do improve kick damage. At the time we rationalized this by saying weapon enchants only affect that weapon, and only the one set of hooves can kick at a time. But it wasn't scientific and I'd be interested in your results.

Kick allows a fighter to receive an extra attack. The kick targets whoever the
kicker is currently attacking in melee combat. Kick damage is based on the same
hand to hand skills known by the fighter, such as self defense and brawling

but a kick will be more powerful than a punch delivered in the same style.

In addition to direct physical damage, a kick also drains the victim's physical
endurance, which saps their ability to continue fighting effectively.

There are varieties of boots and horse shoes that increase both types of kick
damage in the same way that knuckles and spiked knuckles do for punches
.

Quadrupeds are born knowing how to kick, and their kick can be quite devastating.
