u just RP the bloodline u want to play, with ur choice reflected in ur character's description. there r no mechanical or statistical differences between sylvar, pyran and common elves.
good rule of thumb: if u want to play an emo cut ur wrists type of elf - pick sylvar. otherwise, go with pyran or common. if u choose sylvar, be sure to spend most of ur time outside of selkwood forest. this will give u plenty of opportunities to weep and moan about how profoundly u miss selkwood forest - it will make u an inn favorite guaranteed.
