Shattered Kingdoms

I've played SK quite a bit, on and off, over the years. I really enjoy the RP aspect primarily, and honestly usually end up spending my time hunting for good roleplay rather than actually leveling up my character. A large part of that is because whenever I'm trying to level, I feel like I'm missing something or doing something wrong; I never feel like I fully understand how the game is intended to be played. I think it would be really cool to have a more casual way to communicate ooc, perhaps even outside of the MUD itself so that we could talk about the game and other shared interests in more of a community way. Frankly I've always found interacting through forums daunting, as I'm not very used to them. My question is this:

Are there any plans for a Shattered Kingdoms discord server, official or unofficial, or another place for people to gather ooc? Would anybody but me have interest in this idea? Alternatively, how can I interact through the Forums and feel like a part of the OOC community?

Sorry for the meandering topic; again, I'm not terribly used to the forum format, and am more accustomed to a more casual style of OOC communication. That, or perhaps I'm putting too much pressure on myself. I feel like I shouldn't speak in the forums unless I have something really worthwhile to say.

I have recently returned myself and would love to see a discord server.

I am aware there are some unofficial discord servers that allegedly exist, although have not joined any myself as I just don't care for discord and can't be bothered.

Personally, I absolutely do not mind an OOC conversation in the game either in the same room or via TELL.

An official one might not be a horrible idea.

There exists an SK discord server (not official). It is inclusive as long as you're not a D bag, but I doubt anyone who still plays actually uses that discord server. SK is now a dead game. There isn't anyone here any longer. I'd be surprised if anyone read this.
