 Post subject: Timed effects and being dead

With the new change to the Damage over Time code, has anyone else noticed that effects such as delay until next elemental and spirit disorientation no longer tick away while you are dead.

For times when there are few priests about or for people like warlocks who depend on a conjured elemental... are these features of the DoT code or a new way of it being intended?
