You completely missed the point, I think. He's saying use the who list to find people of your class to ASK about where to find advanced npc trainers.

Okay, hard to do when there's approximately 2 PC's of your class above like Mentor level, one of whom is kind of a newbie, and the other didn't know any advanced teachers...That's why I came up with this idea. >_<
And yes, I've asked around multiple times for teachers(I didn't even actually meet a mentor PC till I was over 40 hours), and I always got the same two names, so if there're any others, they're under the radar or super inactive.

Edit : That combined with the only teachers I can find only teaching to "fair" for almost every ability...it really really sucks.

Contrary to popular belief, the total number online during certain specific hours severely weakens the chance of finding someone of your class that doesn't want you dead who knows NPC teachers who can help beyond the basics.

And this idea, if modified properly, won't do anyone any harm.
