Shattered Kingdoms

The only thing I see in need of fixing is the following, provided it has not been fixed and I missed it's announcement.

Being able to emote away while speaking Sylvan to someone who does not know Sylvan, and still allow the one who does not know the tongue to read the emote clearly, instead of "makes some incomprehensible gestures".

If this has not been changed, It's the only thing I would like to see fixed. Why can't I "shhh" for example someone who speaks only French, while I "Shhh" him in Greek?
