Well in that case they're both too short. If a judge summons a warparty, it needs to take more than 10 minutes max for that judge to return. Both Exile and Menegroth have much longer repop timers.

And yes, there are gate targets in Sith'a'niel, but they are mega-sucky in relation to inn proximity than any other gate targets in other cities (read: way more than 2 movements max from the start of the inn)

Agreed. How about this proposal though, make judge rooms repop every "day" at six am or some other time? Instead of an entire city.

Sith needs stronger guards, and less of them. Plus it definitely needs more ways in, that is absolutely vital. Anyway, how can you not have a sky entrance to a darned tree ffs?
