Sometimes it feels like dexterity doesn't do much. I'll be lightning and can't even land a dirt to save my life.

Defensive is awesome. As for missing dirt kicks, whats your dex compared to the person you are trying to dirt? Is dirt kick mastered? NPC or PC?
