I just think that if anything, swashies should have an ADVANTAGE on heavy armor folks because they are super fast with their body/swords. I'd be more excited about a "super dodge" that makes the maxed dex we have worth something.

Perhaps a bonus to AC based on dex when in light armor or less? I don't think energy needs to be moved to light armor. I think either dragonscale needs to be improved or supernatural needs to come back. I agree that there is a ton of heavy armor that is easy to grab, some light armor love needs to come too.

As for disarm issues why not do a real life thing and implement locked gauntlets?

As for an active skill for swashies just give them bash and see where that goes.

Idea for passive skill:

Footwork, it provides all the benefits of a stance while negating the downfalls. At higher levels makes stance no longer an issue by granting only bonuses without drawbacks. Vet level or higher skill. That way the swash can get the benefit of being mood defensive for the parry/dodge and then not sacrifice attacks. Heckle away.

Enhanced Dodge sounds appropriate for swashbucklers. I wouldn't say any other class should get it, though.
