And you weren't "New to Pyrathia," you were "Character, the clueless newbie" and no one helped you out in the slightest, so you trained strength five times on your sorc, didn't realize the colored letters in the corner of the text was a map, and thought people who were talking in different languages were typing random letters just to screw with you.

I am enjoying the changes to animate dead, I could only ask that zombies use a shield, not parry though I understand that they are slow moving corpses that moan and groan and get the smack down put on em. Thanks D I am enjoying my necromancer thoroughly.

Zombies get the shield block skill before they get parry. Maybe you were trying to equip your zombie with a shield of the wrong size?

Is that why my poor dwarf never gets a shield block? Oddly enough he still
seems to get skill improvements.

Eh those priests aren't too tough to begin with. How do animates made from strong NPC's compare?
