I think Necro's should get a new skill, not a spell.

Skill: Play Dead

You suddenly hit the ground and assume the appearance of a corpse, after many years of controlling and
experimenting with corpses, a Necromancer will have no problem mimicing one.
The Necromancer will sadly be open to his things being looted and any attempt to skin him while he is playing dead shall succeed, However his steaks will rot in your colon for the next 8 years!

That is awesome. The lore could be that swashies taught it to them.
