There should be penalties for playing a giant race. Carry weight is just one of them. Giants should not be able to dodge/dirt kick/dex based skills as well as mediums. You get to tote around a giant weapon in exchange and have 25 str.

Giants should get a bonus to dirt kicking. They have to displace so much more dirt than any other race.
