Do builders not have the ability to search for items matching certain parameters, such as enchantments? How is oversight conducted on builder content if this information is not indexed? I am confused.

For the record, it is an item in Nashira's domain: the Exile Palace, which did in fact get a lot of attention recently via many undocumented nerfs to items, could still use some love.
