Bash allows a skilled warrior to slam into an opponent, dealing a minor
amount of damage and attempting to knock them prone. Relative strengths,
sizes, weight carried and accuracy all affect the chance for success. A
failed bash may cause the user to be knocked prone instead.

Alright, its my understanding that being under half weight carry capacity is beneficial when it comes to certain skills, but I'm not sure I fully understand bash. Is it the MORE weight you have, the more likely you are to land a bash due to momentum, or is it being under half weight that allows you to land a bash more accurately. Seems it could go either way. Halp me understand.

Other systems have a procedure where you calculate whether or not you have enough available strength to push another character by evaluating that character's weight against your own available carrying capacity. I would guess that something like this is in play. It would be a tremendous nerf to giants.
