Shattered Kingdoms

I'd like to see a command where you could *donate* money - at the bank of course. That way, if you venture to a city a lot and know they are short on money, you can make a direct deposit (donation) to that city to help with their finances... or even to religions (if space permits, I know most coffers are full).


Not sure how hard that would be to code, but I like the idea nonetheless and would help with the cash flow when members of cities aren't around.

It might be cool to donate to a tribunal, but you can just as easily tell a tribubal member that you'd like to make a donation and have them put in the coin on your behalf.
