The player of Damakos has received a warning for inappropriate use of the prayer channel and transferring of items. For the item in question, a "twisted white stick," enough time had passed I felt a warning was merited, but this should serve as a reminder to remain vigilant when playing multiple characters. Further offenses will be punishable by full extent of the rules as written.
If you have the time to code "in the safe" to distinguish items that can't be taken from shopkeepers, the staff and Dulrik surely have time to code a method for players to know if an item or piece of equipment they find, buy from a shopkeeper, take from another character, or is given to them by another character has at any point been in the possession of another of their characters.
Failure to do so by the staff and Dulrik is making it unnecessarily difficult for players to follow the rules. I expect to see this in the next update. As for this particular situation, I don't recall giving Shiwan this particular item. However, it would be consistent with something Taran would do since he's given out thousands of items over the course of his career to dozens, if not hundreds, of different characters.
This is more of a code issue than a rules issue, but thanks for making it sound like you have done me a "favor" by not punishing me for what amounts to inadequate code.
Thanks - kappa.
