Can we get the Inn bonus regen in the The Starburst Chamber of the academy? It would help newbies train.

Each accelerated regen spot has a nearby gate target and I think this would open a door for abuse. Not to mention the NPC priest spams energizer, cure light, and refresh and so I'm not sure this is necessary.

A better way to help newbies train would be to sell enchanted steel/iron daggers or give them an easy way to access enchanted scrap-tier weapons. Perhaps an amateur-novice mini-quest to get something better than the wooden practice dagger. The weapon would carry the newbie beyond the Starburst Chamber and perhaps crumble for anyone above journeyman.

I'll second this. There was a new player to SK (sprite sorc) yesterday and she had remarked how long it seemed to take to get up and going - esp with mana regen. Yes, she could zap wands all day, but kind of not the point.

.... I'll also say it could make sense to adjust the code so that extra regen is felt only by characters 5 and below to avoid any mentor 'abusing' the system by hiding out in there taking advantage of the thing.
