When was my character born? Is there any space in score or attr for "Birth: Month Day" ? We don't need a year or which day of the week, we can figure out the year using our age, and who needs to know what day of the week you were born on. Just a thought.

Considering the days are mere minutes long, I don't suppose it's that terribly important. Pick whichever you like and run with it.

well sure, but then it turns out i'm half a year off. think about it RP wise. if i'm on a char that doesn't lie and finds out he was actually born half a year earlier or later than i thought, that would be most interesting to RP but i'd rather not

Either note the day/month when you create and subtract the appropriate number of years, or...make it up.

Make an alias the moment you create your character that will cause your character to say what time, day, month, and year it was when you created her/him.

i don't wanna. besides, i would have to make it up ICly, and that's lying if i got it wrong, and my character can't lie. well he could, but i don't want to go down that road.

backstory information is fundamentally OOC in origins, but remains factual for IC purposes. if you decide that your character was beaten as a kiddo, that's that, and no one can say otherwise. similarly, no one is ever going to sit down and check the date for your birthday. pick a day that seems reasonable to you, and your character now has a birthday. FACT

if you've already RP'd that you don't know your birthday, you can either create a BS excuse ("i prayed to my god, and in his infinite grace he revealed it to me!"), or just roll with it.

It's complete ridiculousness IMO to "celebrate" a birthday on SK. Every week for 5 minutes you're going to party? Really?

Why not, I mean you do it in Rl why not do it in Sk, its rp its nothing too crazy about it

Sure, go ahead and celebrate, but I GUARANTEE that no one else cares.
