But really, descriptions and ideas for projects are very helpful for imms that you ask to build things for you. Never tell an imm you want a project and then just have them do all the work. It is very important that the players support the staff as the staff supports them.

Maybe one day you'll be in the unfortunate position of a poor immy who's being abused by players one day too!

What about this... on another mud I played.. they had these rooms, that were called "slide rooms".. or a room, that if you leave it would send you, randomly between four different rooms.. and you had to "just happen" to slide correct... each slide had a correct room.. but it was a 25% chance you landed in the correct room. I've seen rooms like that here.. but they just split the group up.
