How about a simple room echo for mounts as their PE is getting used up?

A prompt such as a taslamaran courser is showing signs of fatigue at 30%, then a taslamaran courser has become visibly exhausted at 15%, say.

Is it possible to have a wimpy type setting to where it would make a personal echo if your pet's PE go below a number that the player sets.

Or maybe a PROMPT percentage variable that shows the PE of your mount?

Actually, I wouldn't mind there being mounts that are only accessible to Grand Masters (still not better than a scout GM pet though maybe = to expert or mentor lvl).
