No, I'm not in favor of this idea. Regen speed just needs to be upped in general, not a trainable stat.

That would require tweaking all the hold-able spells mana drain aswell across the board...

There are enough trainable stats already. Enough. Imagine how awful it would be for classes that already need to train a ton of stats (IE: bards, hellions, paladins, warlocks etc)
