Why would a rogue want someone else to get the first hit? Besides if you grope someone in SK anyways, chances are your getting attacked.

If you can plant into a backpack I want to steal from a backpack. And a container should be readily seen as closed or open before you attempt the plant or steal not after you try. But if you still try to plant/steal from a closed container it should be a fail. Seems reasonable, if rogues can get tumble *cough* or city camouflage *cough* Sorry too many cigarettes. In other words I support you there, name I can't figure out how to pronounce.
