Shattered Kingdoms

I find that on a character with 23 dex I still end up with dirt in my eyes a lot. And that is one of the skills that really does improve rather slowly. It also chews up a ton of PE to use and with the one round lag on it you don't get many chances to improve it.

What is really annoying, perhaps funny, not sure, is that with it mastered, my half-elven scout with max dex had around a 10-15% chance success against NPC casters to dirt them.

I hate to agree with Krowe because I don't like him, but dirt kick is too effective.

One change I like, even though it has really screwed me over lately, the like active timer thing with dirt kick makes the skill a lot better in PvP.

I have to say NPCs have a much higher rate of success against me than I do against them.
