This would, perhaps, be an interesting argument for people in the Zavijah faith to make ICly.

The Thuban faith could form the counter-thesis of the idea of enlightening the law breakers by placing books in their libraries that show just how false all of the good minded people's principles are in reality.

I suppose it could either be done by PCs or IMMs controlling characters, but it does have options open for it to make sense by in-character means, and it would give people something to do aside from the shouting matches of old or simply idling.

You want to make them dastardly criminals want to never go to jail again? Stick my books in there as the only reading material available, then force them dastardly criminals to read. Of course, torturing criminals may not be permissible in some kingdoms.
