And I feel that putting more hp mods in the game would break it just as much as the mana gear does right now. Especially for necromancers. I don't want to go down that road.

So you were voodooed twice, and didnt die so now you think there is too much mana gear because voodoo is too powerful?

You complain voodoo is OP but then say its favorable to you since you can go rape the group that did it to you. So which is it? Is it too powerful or is it a joke?

Or really you are just complaining because you pissed off two shamans who still couldnt kill you? Sounds to me like voodoo needs buffed actually.

Did I say that any shamans tried to voodoo me? No. Do I care if they voodoo me? No. Are they going to have to delete after doing so? Yes.

The problem is that voodoo is broken. It always has been and really needs to be fixed: If voodoo can be fixed in addition to charm we can actually have something resembling balance in the game.

I don't think that removing ME mods will fix voodoo. I really like Ardith's idea about just nuking the damage to 1/4 or 1/5 of what it is currently. Do that and leave the maledictions on it and you'll actually have a balanced spell, because no one uses voodoo unless they have more friendlies online than enemies anyway.

Its possible but the problem is that DA-esque players will horde the mana gear regardless. If there is less that means only those types of players will have the mana gear at all, so it doesnt solve the problem. However it now means that those newbs and other less experienced players will not have mana gear, even widening the gap.

It will, trust me. But I also like my idea of turning the damage down if you don't have a doll.
