Should have its level cap removed. As long as you're at least the same level as a pc/npc, you should be able to cast dominate on them.

SERIOUSLY.

It's not like this would overpower Hellions, and I think it'd be fun, if more people would RP the charm/dominate effects.

I played a hellion for a long time and got to see the ins and outs of domination. For a class that is as spoiled as the hellion, I don't see any reason that a spell like domination needs a buff. My hellion could straight up do a lot of elite [REDACTED] solo (which I will never post, or give hints on how to do). But it would just be game breaking. Especially since there is no viable solution to balancing out the paladin class with the hellion class. Hellions are already better than the paladin as it is. Why make them better than they already are?

Just to put this into perspective, I solo'ed the matron mothers with my hellion. That's right, I didn't even use a dominate to do the tanking or a storebought pet, I just raw ganked them with my sheer awesomeness and win (No I didn't use <adhesive medical strip> either).

I'm almost tempted to play another hellion. Almost...if there were Dabi hellions. That's such an awesome idea that Dulrik should make it so.

Back on topic, Hellions apparently got some buffs since the last time I played one, why I don't know. They were more than effective in trashing other players, well I had no problem wasting people.

Buffing Dominate I would say no too, fine as is or was if it has been changed any in the last 4-5 years.

Though I would remove Sneak and Hide from them, since really how does someone in plate accomplish such feats without divine help and or magic. A spell that grants a shadow form too accomplish the intended design would have been more acceptable.

I'm not sure what hellion buffs you're talking about. I personally think that mood defensive gave them the shaft, at least for their physical aspect. Can't cleave jack squat if its on mood defensive.
