Every other cabal has something that makes the OP combo less of a worry.

Except maybe one.

Almost every other cabal has an elite room effecting spell of some sort and the other has an ability to super mess up your formation. Things actually tend to be rather well balanced, when viewed from 50,000 feet. On the other hand backstab is OP.

Backstab is easy to avoid if you know it's coming.

I'm still curious how a dwarf one-shotted a centaur barb. I mean, obviously it was a hammer dwarf against a darkie barb, but still. How the hell?

Uhm, there's a log on the other site of an old character of mine who nearly one shot'd a centaur barb in full addy, while nude as a half-elf paladin without max str. The multiplier is insane but so easily avoided and not usable in most situations.

Tsyemry is a merc, not a barb. If it was a barb the HoL would be a messy splatter due to counterstrike (unless, of course - it failed or is unable to be countered)

All you do is turn off auto assist o all bash;(use skill) xxx, get all corpse, spit if they're a barb.

I am still waiting on the HoL member in question - an active member on the forums - to state if he thinks the skill is OP or not. Or some input from the IMMs?

There are plenty of high power combos out there, that's how SK works.

In fact, I dare suggest cabals are kept overpowered to encourage you to participate in CRS. Or rather, that CRS is the balancing factor to the abilities you are disgruntled with. "You can lose it" and "it is hard to find" are common mechanical elements around these parts.
