a 'stones' command that acts like the old recall that took you to your home stones. works exactly like recall other than that.

Minotaur's need helmets if they're going to be viable for anything else other than a barbarian. A head shot without a helm is far worse than a leg shot without leg armor. At least Griffon's get toughness naturally.

^ Absolutely. A second- or third-row minotaur scout or shaman might be viable, but in the end it's a primarily physical race. A minotaur merc is less viable than a gnome merc.

I would like to see better benefits in both Hp and Mana trains. Everything else in the game is pretty much satisfactory to me.

Are you kidding me? I played with a mercenary recently that got some absolutely insane regens outside of an inn with hp trains. I also rolled a test character to mana dump in and there are some great results there.

The max hp and mp trains are pretty darn good now. I don't see any need to make them anymore powerful.

Did anyone mention the idea of having an offline way to see the who list so you have an idea who to log on as? Just a list with no detects of course.

Why? It's a simple code change that (as I'd imagine) would merely require a port on the mud server to be opened for the PHP server to talk to, accept a ping or something and return the un-modified (no detect invis/hidden/infravision) call to the 'who' command whenever an 'update' button is pressed on the website (with a script to prevent spam calls for the who list, of course).

I just think it would add a nice little tool to the website that can help people with multiple characters decide who they want to play before they log in, and even give potential new players a glance at some of the acceptable names and titles there can be.

Also probably less work for Dulrik and more for Viltrax setting up the update button and anti-spam script. It's a harmless idea, like it or not.

You are making this to hard. Simply make up a new name hit y;y;n;n;y;(password);(password);n;y;(email);(1-4);y;enter;who

Its that easy if you honestly want to decide what character you want to play before logging on.
