I always thought that the WIS would check the CHA, and the WP would check the ART. But my thoughts weren't very strong on it, and you've managed to change my mind rather easily.

CHA affects bard songs exponentially more than ART. High CHA and high DEX will not only make singing/dancing much more powerful, it lowers the INT required to concentrate on them. I agree that ART should be your last priority.
