Lighty priests are easier than darkie priests but as has already been said all you need a polemace and cure light. If you don't have a polemace then all you need is a mace and copper armor from Nerina, or dragonscale from Morea...you can walk in and just pick it out of a crate and it protects wonderfully.

There's another place, WW, where undead roam and are easy as cake. Great experience.

I normally do newbie school/area quests on priests til apprentice, then discover for mid j-man(outside of curing undead!)

Also kind of curious why priests get Harm and none of the Cause damage spells.

People always mention undead.

The only undead I have leveled on, since the undead caves were removed, are the mummies in Morea. And those are like for Expert level.

Leveling shamans and priests sucks horribly until about Veteran. Flamestrike is worthless for leveling.

Outpost is filled with undead. Great for leveling.
Is that really worth it at that level? I've found that just meleeing the actual NPCs there is much better and doesn't involve sleeping without trance to regen your pitiful mana pool.

There's an entire area right before apprentice that is filled with all sorts of undead. It's the only area worth ever using cure light for leveling, but it is huge.

As a priest you get trance at apprentice and flame strike at journeyman, there is a great area for it and another trick to get you into expert, only takes me about three hours difference on a priest than another class to get to veteran

Nope, WW, there's another good one. It's just kind of WAY off the beaten path, especially for a lighty.

Once you get flamestrike as a darkie, there is one place that can easily get you two status.
