Should the casting time penalty for magical flight be reduced.

It's actually nice to make trip more useful and give fly some penalties. Before this change, only melee characters got penalties from fly. Now everyone does.

anyone who can cast fly shouldn't be in the front row, and the only classes that can trip you from the 2nd row are mercs.

..Without reach weapons, no one can trip second row. I'm not sure what your point is.

Which would require them both to be on the frontline with a reach weapon...

I still don't see the problem. If a bard or swash is on the front line with a reach weapon, they should die or if they don't the defender would die to a sorc on the front line. Either case, not an issue.

Swashies can wield reach weapons? Like what kinds? A slow 2hd sword?
