Elves should get max charisma

I'd like to defend Rogues -- they're really not that bad. Their role is very narrow, to be fair, but they're pretty damn good at that role (which is: ninja execution of the unprepared in a single, clean strike). Basically, a good rogue on your team is one of the things that will keep an otherwise difficult to kill spellcaster from the back row, so you can reach them with a polearm (and who can reach out and touch someone ethereally, if need be).

Except there are so many problems with that, and there's really no reason you need to move from the back row.

I would be agreeable to giving elves said buff. I see few reasons against it actually.

It does make sense. It took a long time to get deep-elves set at 25 int! Now elves need this buff.

While I haven't read all of the comments (famous last words), I have to believe any race that has natural animosity cannot have the maximum charisma, by definition. Think politician. Those dastardly politicians of the other side (from yours) even then have to have the ability to soothe their enemies in many circumstances. If you think all elves and griffons need to be destroyed because everyone with your upbringing thinks that, you cannot smoothe-talk your way with them. Likewise, if you think all delves need to enter the 28th ring of sheol because they're delves, you cannot smoothe-talk them, either.

Thus, animosity-related races should not have max charisma.
