All the Talon priest NPCs that could cast bless could also cast prayer.

And like they say, 78% of all percentages are made up on the spot, so was the previous one. :p

But on a realistic note, as far as I'm aware all priest tribunal NPCs that can cast bless can also cast prayer.

All priest NPCs can, yes.

I use bless on every char that has it. It adds to willpower and makes you harder to summon. I've never had a priest/shaman that didn't always have up armor/bless/prot/sanc or armor/bless/spirit aura/sanc. Same with paladins. It's 24/7 for me.

There is no useless buff. Especially when it comes to bless. And if pc priests don't bless their tanks (in case they are not already) then it is the priests who have the problem and not the spell.

IMHO priests do not need anything, leave bless alone, unless we want to sit and go through all the useless(not to say bless is useless, I use it all the time) things other classes have. *shrug*

BTW, I completely agree with Johnix's "there's no useless buff" thing. The only thing I would change about bless is to remove the group thing, so when I cast it I don't have to rele all of the ones except the one on me.

Even that might make the spell come into use more often.
