Yeah...Fly and bad weather=Annoying. And Control Weather is made to help alleviate that annoyance. I just wish Warlocks got some -real- use out of the spell. =/

Unless you're referring to like purposefully making the weather bad so enemies can't fly...But that kind of hurts you too. And not as many people fly anymore anyways.

Doesn't really matter, I suppose, there are spells in the game that have absolutely no use at all. (detect poison)

What do you mean?! I am absolutely mind boggled that you cannot grasp the infinite usefulness of detect poison! Don't you see all the possibilities?! For shame.

All characters have detect poison mastered innately. It takes a keen eye to notice someone shivering and suffering.
