Is it acceptable to do something along the following lines:

persuade <target> emote feels like agreeing with the bard.

Or any of that kind of hypnotism trick?

Well, when you persuade someone, everyone in the room sees that you persuaded them to do it. So persuading someone to emote something would be really fruitless.

Persuade really only has tactical uses, given that it isn't a "secret" command like ventriloquate.

The echo for persuade is lame. I don't want to see a room echo that Juniepur persuaded me to molest Brock.
