Shattered Kingdoms

I'd like to see two things in skin. It should be harder to master but have a higher success rate since failing so often in some materials while having the skill mastered doesn't make much sense.
Also it would be nice to see the scout not completely destroying those 'hard to skin' corpses but producing a cape of lower quality (protection values)
Also, I'd like to see skin leaving behind a skinned corpse.

With a skinned corpse you should be able to just pull out a spoon and take care of that pesky hunger instead of having to eat boring steaks.

If you kill and skin somebody you don't know, doesn't their name appear on the short desc of the skin? That's a bug, right?
