I was told many years ago that using two handed weapons gave you a 1.5 str bonus to damage. This was years and years ago. Stuff like that is why the ritual spider dagger and two handed pig stickers are so popular for backstabs. I don't know if that's still true but even if it is a quick five attack one hander is still way better then a two hander.

Some ideas to change this might be give one handers half your str bonus to dmg and two handers a 2x bonus. varibles might include weapon size I donno. You could have short medium and long weapons. Each type gets a greater percentage of your str bonus. A shuriken would be a short weapon and say get a .5 str bonus to damage. A halberd or Bill would be a long weapon and would get a X2 or X3 bonus. A long sword would be a medium size and would give you merely your str bonus unadjusted.

Just an idea. I really don't like how a straight dagger or a shuriken can wreck a guy in full plate better then getting run through with polearm or hacked into with an axe. I would be very pleased with some weapon adjustments or an overhaul to the entire system. Though the current system is way better then the old one. Sk is improving with age in a lot of ways.

ahlspiess at GM get same as bspear. both 4 on neutral and aggressive. haste is only 4 if i remember right.
