You have 0 of 11 loyalty tokens available to spend.

Okay, I had 10 of 10, now I have 0 of 11...

I just got to ask? What did I spend them on? :D :D :D

As mentioned in the help file (which has been updated), the system is not final. They were not being computed correctly earlier and now they are. You haven't spent them on anything. You now have 11 tokens (whereas before you had 10) and 0 of them are currently available to be spent.

Dulrik you're the man, it's a shame most of the people who play this game have personality disorders. Kudos to you for putting up with it for 15 years.

I think these are sagely words. Especially the first sentence, after the comma.

I like what the new helpfile is hinting at. I think this is definitely a step in the right direction.

I'm really not even sure how I got all the way up to "21 of 21 loyalty tokens", since my char hasn't even got an enlighten that I can recall, and definitely none of the other listed reasons, except for email registration, are options for this char. But in April I had the 21 and now that its May I have 11. Anybody else had something like this?

Sometimes I wonder where Dulrik gets the patience to deal with people acting like kids. This back and fourth reminds me of the WoW forums with ghostcrawler except ghostcrawler gets paid very well and Dulrik does it because he wants to.

I don't see anything wrong with what Dulrik has done with the automatic (automated) password reset. It makes sense to me and I don't know why you guys are hassling him instead of saying thank you.

I still want to know what the loyalty points are going to be able to be spent on

(11 of 11) or (11 of 21)?
