Ardith this is just my opinion but from my perspective you are just angry because your opponents have actually bothered to prepare against your penchant for taking advantage of racial and class weaknesses. Looks like your going to have to try something else other than iron bolts, sorry I know that is tough to hear.

*facepalm* I do not think I took advantage of any class weakness here. The person in my log snippet is a heavy armor priest. Ranged combat is a joke against heavy armor. I only shot them to waste their mirror images, and ironguard pots, because I knew they'd use them. This is all completely beside the point though. Anything that makes you invulnerable is stupid.

No you did not take advantage of any class weaknesses here, because they were prepared for what you were going to do. I've seen 10 or more logs of you killing delves/cloth wearing classes with your crossbow spec. None of them were prepared though for you, this group was, were they not? I think you're just frustrated because they were actually prepared for what you were going to do...Forget the 6v1 aspect of this all because it's obvious by the log you told Callie not to join because you never actually intended on engaging, you just wanted to try to land a ranged kill.

Why are we having this discussion? You guys are pretending that I was threatening a bunch of heavy/light armor wearing people with ranged combat by doing something someone should never do: harass a group 6v1. This is completely irrelevant to the discussion of ironguard.

Uh, I never expected to land a ranged kill. You obviously haven't played a medium sized ranged spec character or scout. I know the limitations of what it can and cannot do.

Chances of me ganking any one of those guys: hopeless.

I think there should be a new spell, Terrus. Resist blunt. I think all of your characters should get it.

Then why bother to post a log titled "Ardith goes 6v1" when you never went against anything? It's obvious you were trying to land a ranged kill but you quickly found out you couldn't and as a result you've gone weeping vag all over the forums.

You're 100% wrong. Even if these guys did not have ironguard, it was hopeless, they had 2 priests to spam heal, probably heal pots, and heavy armor. You have no idea what you are talking about. I was not going to kill *anybody* in that group. The only way I would have killed someone there is if they just stood there, did nothing, and died like a bunch of morons.
