Casting speed on fear is fine. Especially considering the ridiculously short casting time on HW.

It is a holy WORD, not a holy phrase, you know. ;)

Though, let's add in a new spell for priests: Holy recitement. It would hit the room they are in, plus all adjacent rooms, regardless of objects in the way. Rocks, doors, hidden exits.
