I was more referring to the fact that scouts and ranged mercs will shoot the necro, not the undead.

To which I replied LOL. There's this enchant called AP - I'd recommend it.

AP on cloth doesn't keep sorcs and necros from taking 30% damage a round from arrows of someone who doesn't even have to be in the same room.

MI and stone skin however give him a buffer, and you're only fooling yourself if you come here seriously suggesting that arrows are a threat to a veteran PKer on this game. There are dozens of energy/water pieces available which with a shield and the most basic of buffs along with, if you'd like to, mood defensive (since it doesn't impact wand/recite/order lag) make arrows an LOL, and anyone who comes here trying to play them off as a serious concern worthy of being LOLed at.

Apparently I was only doing 1% a round to Syn's necro with iron arrows after she quaffed a weak vial of ironguard. The damage messages didn't look too impressive so I believe it.

Iron arrows without ironguard would hurt more. And please explain to me how necros are supposed to be a useful maledicting class when they have to go mood defensive in order to avoid this happening from up to 3 rooms away unless the weather is going crazy.

In conclusion, again, necros are way too squishy to be maledictors. Shaman is infinitely more survivable and thus viable.

In conclusion, the only thing a necromancer can do is sit in the corner and cry effusively.

Yes. Now quit QQing, and roll a Hellion, or if you want to be a caster that's worth a damn, a sorcerer.

Honestly, I was on your side on this topic, the whole time, but the aftermath is just becoming a sad combination of comedy gold and troll bait.
